Hi Melinda - when you open up the Striiv app and sync to your phone, syncing the correct time is part of that process - if you're off by 12 hours make sure your phone is getting time from the network, and not set manually!
Your Striiv device needs to be synced regularly to maintain the correct time. Once you sync the device with the app, the time should be correct once again!
