Striiv Fusion CustomerCare

Fusion lite with android 6.0.x smartphone. I received alerts for text messages (Hangouts) and email messages (Gmail). I can read the hangouts message when it comes across the screen on the striiv. However, for the emails al I see is the word "Gmail," followed by an arrow. If i tap or swipe on it I still don't see the header or body of the emails or email. The same thing occurs when I try to see them in the app on the striiv.

 The same still happens on Striiv Fusion Bio 2.

Please fix this, on other wristband brands this works fine on android 7 as well.
