This is the second unit I've ordered. I charged them both with my iPhone wall charger and the USB cord from Striiv for over an hour. The unit will not come on no matter what I do. I tried the reset routine described on the website (reset button plugged in, unplug, etc.)....nothing. I checked that I had the USB cord plugged all the way in. The charger works with my phone or other USB device.
Is there something I'm missing? Two bad units in a row...possible? HELP...
